How to apply & information for applicants
Application period for studies starting in Fall 2017 started on February 21st and ended on March 31st 2017. Applicants need to submit all supporting documents digitally with the online application.
Online application and supporting documents

Online application forms will be available from February 21st 2017 until March 31st 2017.
(The link will be available once application period begins.)
Kindly prepare all supporting documents beforehand and include them in your online application. You may also submit paper copies of the supporting documents. Please note that applications submitted without the supporting documents, including upper secondary school certificates and the English language certificate, will not be considered.
Applications are reviewed after the application period, April 1st to 18th 2017. The applicant’s eligibility will be evaluated based on the online application and supporting documents.
Eligible applicants will be invited to complete an online background survey questionnaire between April 19th and 25th 2017. The link to the questionnaire will be sent to applicants by email. Please find a description of the questionnaire in the Applicants’ Guide.
There will be no entrance examination.
Please note that you will be required to prove your English language level by submitting a language certificate with your application. Please see the Applicants’ Guide for detailed information.
Admission decisions for autumn 2017 will be published on June 15th 2017.
A list of admitted students who have given a permission to publish their name on our webpages, will be published on our webpage in the news section:
Confirm your study place by June 29th 2017.
All admitted students will receive an admission result letter by post. Detailed instructions for study place confirmation will be sent with the result letter.
Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration (QBA)
Helsinki Business College offers an International Vocational Business Program, which is taught entirely in English language, for upper-secondary school graduates. This program leads to vocational upper secondary qualification.
