International relations

International studies at HBC

Internationality is an essential part of the operations of Helsinki Business College Ltd. Our international cooperation is based on long-term partnerships, ensuring the broad scope and diversity of our international activities. Through partnerships we participate in education and training development projects as well as student and staff exchanges.

We promote the internationalisation of our students by offering studies relating to different cultures, as well as comprehensive studies in foreign languages from the first year on. Students can also attend international seminars and take supervised study trips in Finland or abroad. Part of the studies can be completed abroad in partner schools or on-the-job learning placements. To encourage students to participate in international activities and multiculturalism, we organise events where students can share their experiences.

We also offer students the possibility of continuing their studies for a Bachelor’s degree at our partner institutions in the UK or the USA after completing their vocational qualification.

Our staff can improve their skills in teaching and tutoring multicultural groups by participating in international development projects and in exchanges. The staff’s commitment to internationalisation is invaluable to our students in helping them develop their international skills and abilities.
