The student affairs offices can help applicants in matters related to admission, assist students in social issues, student benefits and certification. Some of the services provided by the student affairs offices are:
- guidance and advice for applicants
- general guidance for students
- provision of student and discount certificates (for trains, buses, etc.)
- sending financial aid and school travel aid applications to Kela (the Social Insurance Institution in Finland)
- providing official transcripts of study records
- providing certificates of graduation
- maintaining student administration database

Mon-Thu 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
Fri 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m.
Telephone helpline Mon-Fri 9:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
The offices are also open Mon-Fri 9 a.m.-3 p.m. during the first week of each semester.
