The Vallila premises is owned by Helsingin Kauppaoppilaitos Oy, which, in turn, is owned by Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce. After the merger of the educational establishments, the company will be responsible for maintenance, security and hall services in the premises. The area of the Vallila premises is 11200 m2. The company will be changed into a mutual real estate company during the spring of 2010.
Helsingin kauppaoppilaitos Oy rents out, through HBC Service Oy, facilities at Valila premises for trainings, meetings and seminar use.
